Riding History: Harper grew up on her brother's farm, which is twenty-minutes away from HA. She grew up with her 'dream horse', a registered (under name: 'Star Hunter'), pitch-black (except for a microscopic diamond on his forehead) quarter horse; who she called Star.
Sadly, two weeks before her descent to HA (she'd have brought him with, otherwise), Star was hit by a car (after escaping from his pasture) and killed. Since then, Harper has not been able to connect with any other horse, but hopes to at HA.

Example Post: ----BELOW----With more excitement than a child with a lollipop, Harper (almost running) jogged to the stable. Pausing at the door to catch her breath, she collected her thoughts. Thinking of her horrible luck with horses the past few weeks, she silently prayed for a miracle. Harper knew if she couldn't afford not to find a horse to connect with, which was everything with horses.
Starting her search, Harper started down the aisle. Finding student's horses, and Hollow Aspen horses, she still couldn't find one she liked. Suddenly, however, as she walked past the second-to-last stall on the left side, about to change aisle sides, something struck odd to Harper, and she whirled around. The horse was pitch black, "Except for the microscopic diamond on your forehead." Harper said to herself, happily. Sadly, the horse had no nameplate, "You must be new here, too. I think I'll call you Diamond, until I can track down your actual name." Harper stroked the Thoroughbred's silky coat. Sure, Diamond was no Star, but Harper had a feeling she had just found her next dream horse.
Patting Diamond one last time, Harper went off in search of a staff member; she definitely planned on using Diamond as her horse.
