-Get an account switch box, and have it located in the side boxes.
-Give an example of size Avatars should be in rules, to help people out.
-Post a link to the IC box in the Quick Links on the side

-Hire Some Staff to Delegate to. xD <---- I think I've done this. Just setting up some stuff for her and she is going to take over handling apps/claims for me for a bit while I'm here so I can make sure she's going to be anal about formatting like me. *clings to OCD like a security blanket*
