Riding History: She started riding at the age of two. She competed on lead line at the age of two and won a couple blue ribbons for that. She started really competing at age 7, doing walk and trot classes. She was very good at that and stuck to it for about 2 years. She then moved up to cantering classes, and started competing more often. She fell and broke her arm at the age of 11, and was no allowed to ride for eight months. She describes that period of time the worst time of her whole entire life. She craved the feeling of the blue ribbon, and applied for Hollow Aspens.

Example Post:Aria angrily punched her pillow. She had had another horrible fight with her mother about going to Hollow Aspen. He mother was so convinced that going to a prestigious, popular boarding school which pitted students against each other while competing was unhealthy. Aria hated how her mother thought she could dictate her life, even when she was over 18. Aria was really offended her mother would think such things, as she knew how much getting into one of the best schools in Canada meant to her. Her father was cheering her on since she was two, and supporting her wanting to compete. He supplied her some money to buy a new horse, as she didn't have one currently.
Aria slipped out of her room, took a deep breath, and calmly walked down the steps. Her mother's apologetic face appeared at the end of them, apologetic, but Aria brushed her off and walked out the door slamming it behind her. She could see her mother's hurt face still etched in her mind, not even having to look to know that it was there. She was still furious at her mother, but she couldn't stand to know how her mother felt. She turned around and walked back in with a hung head. Her mom looked at her with a scowl, but soon started crying onto her daughters shoulder. Aria looked up to her mother and gulped. "I'm sorry, I know how much it means to you, but I'll never personally understand it." Her mom said with a slight smile on her face. Her eyes asked for forgiveness and Aria hugged her mother happily.
